AF100 fireproof roller shutters are the optimal solution for buildings in the event of a fire. In case of fire, the AF100 roller shutters will automatically close to prevent and localize the fire, creating an exit way for people and goods. AF100 shutters are manufactured according to BS EN 16341: 2000 standard of United Kingdom and certified by the Fire and Rescue Police Department - Vietnam Ministry of Public Security to meet TCXDVN 386: 2007 standards.
Tested and certified against fire according to BS EN 16341:2000 standard of UK and TCXDVN 386:2007 standard issued by the Fire and Rescue Police Department - Vietnam Ministry of Public Security. The shutters are able to close automatically in the event of a fire and automatically prevent the spread of flames (smoke) from one area to another area from 2 to 4 hours to help mitigate and minimize damage to objects protect human lives in case of fire.
The AF100 fireproof roller shutters are equipped with modern fireproof control equipment sets:
- SDS: When a fire signal is received, the door will close down completely
- TTM: When a fire signal is received, the door will be partially closed for a set amount of time to evacuate people and properties, then continue to completely close to isolate the fire.
The body of AF100 fireproof roller shutters is made of galvanized steel with a thickness up to 1.2mm and a weight of 20kg/m2 with galvanized paint sticking tightly on the surface that is resistant to heat and fire resistant for a period of time from 2 to 4 hours to help mitigate and minimize damages to objects and protect human lives in case of fire.
T-shaped formed by 2 thick perpendicular iron bars with the dimensions up to 50 x 50 x 5mm. Designed depending on the acreage of the shutters to balance the effect of gravity on the shutter body.
Made of cubic steel of 3.0 millimeters thickness to ensure the rigidity of the shutters when operating. The spring balancing system is placed in the roller to support the body. The springs are designed to meet 25% of the safety load factor to allow the operation to be safer and easier to use.
