From users' needs, Austdoor has researched and developed the Dual Seal double noise reduction technology that eliminates up to 90% of the noise when the shutter operates, making the shutter open and close more smoothly.

This technology is formed by the noise reduciton rubber washer system designed on each shutter slabs, able to withstand strong impact force, anti-vibration when the slabs move, collide with each other. The system also helps to minimize noise and wear. Moreover, noise reduction rubber washers also increase the tightness of Austdoor roller shutter body surface, ensure when it is stormy, raindrops are not absorbed inside to rust the metal slabs and increase the weight of the shutter which affects the traction of the motor and the durability of the roller shutter.
